Initial Term 6 months+
- Candidate must be able to work in the United States and able to travel 30%.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Management Information Systems OR 4 years of equivalent external work experience in the business area, from an IT and business perspective.

- Must have one prior full cycle implementation experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the design, configuration and implementation of SAP's Manufacturing (formarly Visiprise) module.
- The selected individual must have good knowledge of manufactuing systems and process life cycles.
- SAP configuration with a specific focus in ME (formarly Visprise.)
- Strong understanding of business processes, practices and procedures.
- Working knowledge of project management practices and methodology's
- Write highly detailed functional specifications. Specs could encompass application development, enhancements and testing of such.
- Participate in the exchange of ideas and information within the department.
- Organize verbal and written ideas clearly and use an appropriate business style.
- Perform hands on complex configuration in module.
- Provide functional advice and assistance to programmers.
Skills Required:
- Experience with the design, configuration and implementation of SAP's ME (formarly Visiprise) module and good knowledge of manufacturing systems and process life cycles.
- Two plus year's configuration experience in SAP ME (formarly Visiprise)
- Two or more full life cycle SAP implementations.
- Experienced in configuration in SAP ME and its installation is required. Integration to ERP is preferred.

Project Managers
Experience in managing projects in .Net/C++/Java on Windows/Unix environment, with team sizes of 10 to 25 members. Ability to initiate projects, estimate effort, lead the designs, conduct design reviews, follow quality processes, and ensure smooth client interaction. Should be able to lead and motivate high potential project teams to ensure timelines and quality deliverables.
Architects
7+ years experience as an Architect in developing system architecture with due consideration to aspects such as scalability, performance, security, availability and reliability. Good communication skill is mandatory as there could be traveling onsite during initial phase of relationships. As an Architect, you would act as backbone of ODC with respect to technology and support multiple projects on on-going basis to ensure Mantra ODC delivers technically superior products/applications. In-depth knowledge of one of the technologies (J2EE/MS/LAMP) and an aptitude to know still more.
.Net Senior Software Engineers/ System Analysts
BCS / MCS /BE/ MCA or equivalent qualification with at least 4 years experience in developing applications using Microsoft technologies including one year experience in .NET
- ASP.net, C#, VB.net, ADO.net, SQL server 2000, web services
- Writing SQL queries/stored procedures
- Good experience in database design and web application design
- Knowledge of Sharepoint, Winforms will be an added advantage
- Experience in interacting with clients
- Experience in leading a team of 5+

Java Senior Software Engineers/ System Analysts
BCS/ MCS/ BE/ MCA or equivalent qualification. At least 3 years experience in developing applications using Java and related technologies is a must.

2+ years experience in SQL Server 2005. Should have knowledge of SSIS, SSAS and SSRS. Good in ASP.NET and C#. Good in verbal and written communication skills. Must be well versed with Data warehousing Concepts (Data Mining /Data Cleansing /Data warehouse Architectures).
Oracle Database Developers
3+ years hands on experience on Oracle 10g or Oracle 9i and PL/SQL Development. Experience in analysis of PL/SQL statements and good in Performance Tuning. Very good analysis and design experience.
