Designation : Business Development Executive

Mobile Apps Developers
We are currently looking for engineers with strong experience in Mobile Apps Development - iPhone, iPad, Windows and Android platforms. In this interactive role, you will be responsible for mobile applications on a variety of platforms including iOS, Droid and Blackberry. You will work with team members and Interactive Architects to understand requirements and build prototypes. You will develop mobile applications directly for each platform to maximize performance and usability. You will extend Web-based functionality using Web services to provide feature rich applications that rely on real-time data. Required Skills: One to two years of experience with either Objective-C or Android SDK and background in Web application development using .NET, Java, or C++ is preferred.
Project Managers
Experience in managing projects in .Net/C++/Java on Windows/Unix environment, with team sizes of 10 to 25 members. Ability to initiate projects, estimate effort, lead the designs, conduct design reviews, follow quality processes, and ensure smooth client interaction. Architects
7+ years experience as an Architect in developing system architecture with due consideration to aspects such as scalability, performance, security, availability and reliability. Good communication skill is mandatory as there could be traveling onsite during initial phase of relationships. As an Architect, you would act as backbone of ODC with respect to technology and support multiple projects on on-going basis to ensure Mantra ODC delivers technically superior products/applications. In-depth knowledge of one of the technologies (J2EE/MS/LAMP) and an aptitude to know still more.
.Net Senior Software Engineers/ System Analysts
BCS / MCS /BE/ MCA or equivalent qualification with at least 4 years experience in developing applications using Microsoft technologies including one year experience in .NET
ASP.net, C#, VB.net, ADO.net, SQL server 2000, web services
Writing SQL queries/stored procedures
Good experience in database design and web application design
Knowledge of Sharepoint, Winforms will be an added advantage
Experience in interacting with clients
Experience in leading a team of 5+
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
ASP Senior Software Engineer
3+ years experience in ASP and Java Script is a must. Knowledge of XML and hands-on experience in web development will be preferred

Strong leadership skills, analysis and design estimations. Basic knowledge of RDBMS. Good communication Skills.
SQA/ Sr. SQA/ Analyst
CMMI implementation and involvement in at least one CMMI Level 5 assessment as SQA of a champion project

2+ years experience in SQL Server 2005. Should have knowledge of SSIS, SSAS and SSRS. Good in ASP.NET and C#. Good in verbal and written communication skills. Must be well versed with Data warehousing Concepts (Data Mining /Data Cleansing /Data warehouse Architectures).
Oracle Database Developers
3+ years hands on experience on Oracle 10g or Oracle 9i and PL/SQL Development. Experience in analysis of PL/SQL statements and good in Performance Tuning. Very good analysis and design experience.
