Riyaz Lakhani, Partner and Head of India Operations

Riyaz completed his engineering in 1993 and immediately started working in the IT industry. He worked for several companies including KPIT Cummins and Cybage, where he served in various capacities like the Practice head for IBM Software, Delivery Head for EU et. During his career, he had the opportunity of trotting around the globe for either for project discussions, or presentations in board meetings or for pre-sales activities. In 2007, he joined Mantra in capacity of the Head of India Operations. He manages all the delivery, project management and technical aspects of all the projects.

Manoj Bhaiwal, Chief Technology Officer

Manoj started his professional career in 1994, as Electronics and Telecommunication Engineer. But very soon, got involved in IT, while trying to do automations for higher-management-reporting by his department.
Manoj has always been an advocate of Technological excellence and believes in improving the situation in which he currently is. Manoj joined Mantra in 2010 and since then has been instrumental in putting Mantra at a higher pedestal of customer satisfaction and belief. Manoj is multi-technology and multi-domain expert, which helps while providing guidance to customers and technology teams while providing scalable, extensible and maintainable solutions, which perform and are secure. He believes in providing the most practical solutions by using cutting-edge technologies and processes, with lower TCO and higher ROI. Before joining Mantra he was a co-founder of a technology company and held R&D Head position.

Srikrishna Anubolu - Delivery Head

Srikrishna is highly motivated individual with 14+ Yrs of total IT industry experience, instrumental in delivering medium to large scale high end and critical projects in Telecom, Healthcare, Security, Education and other Service Industries using both waterfall and Agile methodologies, and has experience on leading large teams from diverse geography. He has rich global experience, worked in USA and Australia, and has managed key accounts being at onshore location. He has also transitioned some of the critical projects to offshore locations successfully with proper transition, ITIL (incident, problem, change and SLA management) frameworks.

He has good exposure to software engineering process frameworks like CMM and ISO 9001. Also involved in presales activities in presenting proposals and RFIs.He has joined QuicSolv in 2012 and prior to that he was working for Large IT services organizations like MphasisS, EDS, Zensar & Patni at different capacities.
